Rejuvenating U-Report in Belize
Belize is one of 100 countries with an active U-Report platform. U-Report is a free messaging tool that empowers and connects young people worldwide to engage with and speak out on issues that matter to them. The core of this platform is the mandate to empower, connect and engage with young people. As part of that mandate, we have launched a competition for all the high schools in Belize. This competition will be the opportunity to maximize the impact of this platform, as it will expand the platform’s user base and allow us to report more opinions to policymakers. Hence giving young people a louder voice at the table. The competition will give our platform a breath of fresh air, allowing us to showcase our innovative ideas and engage with the youth of Belize.
All high schools are invited to participate in the competition.
